Mustaparran Päämaja is located in Boutique Hotel Mustaparra in the heart of Tornio. This popular food and social restaurant serves lunch on weekdays from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM and à la carte delicacies starting from 2:00 PM. 

Päämaja also serves as the breakfast restaurant for the Grand and Boutique hotels.
